Mrs Wendy Welch is pleased to announce the marriage of her eldest son Richard Lee Derek Biddles on 5th Dec 2010 to Donnabelle Rivera Cagalawan, eldest daughter of Mr & Mrs Robert Cagalawan of USA. The bride who wore an ivory satin gown encrusted with pears & diamonte, was given away by her Auntie Lillia Kipte & cousin Paolo Faraon. The service which was held at the Ramada Hotel, Dover was followed by a traditional Phillppine service, attended by 4 bridesmaids, 1 maid of honour, 1 ring boy & a flower girl.
